Do you ship outside the USA?
We can ship to almost anywhere in the world besides Germany, New Zealand, Norway and Spain. This is due to various customs restrictions within these countries. We apologize for the inconvenience if you are trying to ship to one of these places.

What is Your Shipping Policy?
We use USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground for all orders within the continental United States and our shipping costs are based on weight. Most orders within the US cost between $9.90 and $14.90. Once you place your order you will be able to see the actual shipping costs that your package will incur.
We use USPS Flat Rate for all orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/EPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. $15.95 for up to 6 pounds $19.95 for 6.1 to 12 pounds.
There is a 15 pound maximum.
We use USPS Flat Rate for all International orders.

• Canada: $26.95 up to 9 pounds, $34.95 for 9.1 to 15 pounds.
• All other countries: $43.95 up to 9 pounds, $55.95 for 9.1 to 15 pounds.

How long do I have to cancel my order?
All packages are ready for shipment and taken by 12:30 PM EST. Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded before 12:00 PM EST the day of your scheduled shipment. Any orders canceled after the deadline will need to be sent back to NUVO SPORT, LLC at the purchaser’s expense. A refund will be issued minus the shipping charge at the time the package is received.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

*Please note that each order is handled with care and unexpected delays may occur. Expected delivery days are in addition to the 1 to 2 days it may take to process your order at our fulfillment center. Most orders are received, entered and processed within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Orders placed over the weekend typically do not ship out until Tuesday morning. Please take this into account for the shipping method you choose.

 
Due to size limitations on Flat Rate boxes, the MAXIMUM weight for all International Orders is 10 pounds.

For international shipments sent via USPS, NUVO SPORT, LLC does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees or rejection by the customs officials. Please click on link below to be sure your country will accept the package. Any additional fees are to be paid by the customer. If you have not received your package in a timely manner it may be held up in customs in your country.

Due to occurrences of customer fraud and mail theft , you the customer, agree not to hold Nuvo Sport , LLC liable for LOST or MISSING orders we have shipped that are shown as delivered to the address and/or zip code you provided us in your order. We will assist any customer by providing tracking information to law enforcement officials if you choose to file a report for lost or stolen mail. We apologize in advance for these types of scenarios, however we WILL NOT file insurance claims on delivery confirmed items. If insurance is purchased, insurance claims may be filed ONLY for undelivered or damaged packages.

NUVO SPORT, LLC ships all orders sent to APO and FPO Boxes via USPS. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 7-17 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. Very Important: Your package is only insured to your military address. NUVO SPORT, LLC is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, it must be filed 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled.
